Most aspects of auditoriums at Hollywood Palms are designed in a way that is already more spaced out than other movie theater auditoriums. The distance between rows exceeds six feet from recliner to recliner. Seats have spacing of a minimum of two chairs between all parties within the same row, which occurs automatically when purchasing tickets. We will also occupy no greater than 50% of our overall capacity at any time.
Our servers take orders table-side wearing facial coverings and remaining an appropriate distance from the table. We are currently only accepting debit/credit cards and gift cards as forms of payment. Cash is not currently accepted.
Facial coverings are currently required of all staff members and all guests. Before and after every feature, all tables, chairs, armrests, handrails, door handles and cup holders are cleaned and sanitized. These items are verified by management prior to seating the next feature. Hand sanitizer, disinfectant solution, and handwashing areas are readily available to all staff members and all guests. As an added measure, all HVAC filters have been upgraded to a Hospital-Grade filter to improve overall air quality.
All staff members are screened prior to every shift. This screening includes a temperature check, symptoms check, questionnaire regarding exposure to anyone who has shown symptoms, and a signed document attesting they were checked, and all information given is true & accurate.
