Can a subscription be canceled?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, log into your loyalty account and navigate to the subscription section. There, you will find details about your current subscription package along with an option to cancel. Simply follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

We have never been to Hollywood before, how does it work?

We are the nation's premier movie theater. We seat as a dinner theater on terraces with comfortable recliers, each with a personal table. We have to-your-seat food and beverage service throughout the feature. We have great sound equipment and technical equipment. Go here for more about How It Works.

How much are tickets?

Our regular admission prices are:

  • General admission tickets: $14.
  • Child (10 and under): $12.00
  • Senior (65+): $12.00
  • College Students, Military, Police, EMS & Firefighter, Hospital Medical Staff, Teachers (ID required): $12.00
  • Matinee (shows before 5:00pm): $12.00

Add $3 per ticket for 3D features.

Add $1 per ticket for High-Demand Titles.

Can I purchase tickets in advance?

Yes! Advance ticketing is available online or at the box office. We do not accept phone orders or reservations for tickets. Anyone purchasing a student, senior or military discount must present proper identification at the box office. Passes can only be redeemed at the box office and cannot be used to reserve tickets online or over the phone.

What movies are coming and when?

We bring in new movies on their national release dates, generally every Friday. New show times are released every Tuesday afternoon. We generally show every movie that is released by a major Hollywood studio. You may call the box office or subscribe by email to our weekly movie guide for the latest show information.

What is on the menu?

GOOD FOOD and LOTS OF IT! We have big portions of appetizers, great sandwiches, gourmet pizza, the best popcorn in town and a full beverage selection including beer, wine and cocktails and a specialty drink menu.

Can I carry food or drink into the movie with me?

Only if you buy it from us. No outside food or beverages are permitted.

Do you accept credit cards and checks?

Yes, we accept most major credit cards. No, we do not accept checks.

Do you take reservations?

We absolutely do! Tickets can be reserved online and at our box office, and we always recommend reseving in advance to get the best seats. The earlier you arrive the sooner we can get your order in, and remember, the lobby bar is always open before the show.

Can someone under 21 years of age enter if they do not order alcohol?

Those under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by and seated with a responsible adult regardless of the MPAA rating. Children under 4 years of age will not be permitted in any PG-13 or R rated film after 6:00pm. Children must not be disruptive to our other guests. Please be courteous to your fellow movie goers. Patrons involved in excessive conversation, loud or disruptive behavior will be removed from the premises without refund. The use of cell phones (including text messaging), cameras and recorders is strictly prohibited. You must be at least 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages. Proof of age is required by law.

Where are you located?

From 88 West -- Exit at Route 59, turning left off of ramp to head south. Continue heading south for about 2.5 miles, and turn left onto New York St/Aurora Ave. Turn left at the next light to enter the Westridge Court Shopping Center. When the road dead ends at the strip mall, take a left and follow around curve. (We are in back of the Pet Store). Hollywood Palms Cinema will be on the right-hand side.

From 55 South (Stevenson Expwy) -- Continue south and take 355 North, then take 88 West. Exit at route 59, turning left off ramp to head south. Continue heading south for about 2.5 miles, and turn left onto New York St/Aurora Ave. Turn left at the next light to enter the Westridge Court Shopping Center. When the road dead ends at the strip mall, take a left and follow around curve. (We are in back of the Pet Store). Hollywood Palms Cinema will be on the right-hand side.

From 290 West (Eisenhower Expwy) -- 290 West will become 88 West. Continue on 88 West (towards Aurora), then exit at Route 59, turning left off of ramp to head south. Continue heading south for about 2.5 miles, and turn left onto New York St/Aurora Ave. Turn left at the next light to enter the Westridge Court Shopping Center. When the road dead ends at the strip mall, take a left and follow around curve. (We are in back of the Pet Store). Hollywood Palms Cinema will be on the right-hand side.

From 294 South -- Take 294 South to 290 West. 290 West will become 88 West. Continue on 88 West (towards Aurora), then exit at Route 59, turning left off of ramp to head south. Continue heading south for about 2.5 miles, and turn left onto New York St/Aurora Ave. Turn left at the next light to enter the Westridge Court Shopping Center. When the road dead ends at the strip mall, take a left and follow around curve. (We are in back of the Macy's outlet). Hollywood Palms Cinema will be on the right-hand side.

Where do I park?

In the lot, over 1000 FREE spaces are available. Come on out from downtown Chicago, you'll save way more in parking fees then you'll spend on gas!

How many theaters do you have?

We have seven theaters at our Hollywood Palms location, and one VIP Lounge which we use for special screenings and private rentals.

Why do you automatically add 18 percent gratuity?

We want to ensure consistent service and support our entire team who work together to give our guests excellent service and to help maintain a high level of hospitality from our team members.

Refunds

How do I get a ticket Refund?

No refunds will be provided after the performance time and date specified on the tickets.

If you are unable to attend your show time, we can swap the tickets for a different show time at the box office, or refund the tickets online. To request a refund, please fill out your information here. Ticket refunds and swaps can only be done up to 1 hour before the original showtime. Online service charges are non-refundable.
